- 1 lemon (s), untreated
- 2 teaspoons oil, neutral
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- sugar, brown
- some lemon balm leaves

- Peel the mangoes, separate the pulp from the stone and cut into thin slices. Finely peel the lemon peel with a zest, squeeze the lemon.
- Put the mango slices in a bowl and season with lemon zest, lemon juice, sugar, oil and a pinch of salt. Fold in the lemon balm, let it steep for about 15 minutes and serve.
- This fruity salad tastes good on its own, with vanilla ice cream and even with meat or fish dishes.
