Ingredients
- 100 g herkins, cut into small slices
- 1 small Can (s) tangerine (s), halved
- 4 tablespoon juice, (mandarin juice)
- 1 squirt lemon juice
- some paprika powder, noble sweet
- pepper
- 80 ml cream
- 200 g cheese, diced Gouda cheese
- 200 g sausae, diced huntin sausae
- 2 piece (s) tomato (s), diced
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 1 teaspoon, leveled curry powder
- 1 small onion (s), chopped
- 100 g mayonnaise
- little oil

- Fry the hunting sausage in a little oil, take it out of the pan, pour off the fat and let the sausage cool down.
- Put the cheese, tomatoes, gherkins, tangerines, onions and sausage in a bowl.
- Mix the mayonnaise with the mustard, cream, curry, lemon juice and tangerine juice, season with paprika and pepper and pour over the ingredients in the bowl. Mix everything well and let it steep in the refrigerator.
