Grilled Bruschetta with Baked Peppers

Crispy bruschetta with spicy cheese and grilled pepper. Delicious appetizer!

Cook: 30 minutes

Ingredients

  • Baton or baguette – 1 pc.
  • Bulgarian pepper – 1 pc.
  • Soft cheese (curd, cream) – 140 g
  • Garlic – 2 cloves
  • Greens (parsley, dill, cilantro) – 5 g
  • Vegetable oil – 1 tablespoon.
  • Salt, pepper, dried garlic – to taste

Directions

  1. Cut the pepper in half and remove the seeds. Grease with oil, salt, sprinkle with pepper and garlic.
  2. Finely chop the garlic and herbs.
  3. Mix herbs and garlic with cheese.
  4. Slice the loaf.
  5. Dry the bread on moderate charcoal on both sides. This happens very quickly, in just a couple of seconds.
  6. Bake the pepper on both sides. Chop the pepper as you wish.
  7. Put a spoonful of cheese mass on the dried slices, spread the pepper on top.
  8. Grilled bruschetta with baked peppers is ready.
