Grilled Porcini Mushrooms

Instructions

  1. Cut the porcini mushrooms lengthways into approx. 1 cm wide slices.
  2. Mix the oil with chopped parsley, chopped garlic, salt and pepper.
  3. Brush the porcini mushrooms with the marinade and place on the hot grill (you can of course use the oven as an alternative).
  4. Grill for 3-4 minutes on each side. Brush with the marinade again and again.
  5. Can be served as a starter, or as a side dish to grilled meat or homemade pasta.
  6. Since I am a cook out of my stomach, the amount of oil, for example, is an approximate figure and can be changed as you wish.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
