Ingredients
- 200 g cheese, (Gruyère)
- 100 g shrimp, (cooked)
- 1 cucumber (s)
For the marinade:
- 2 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoon yogurt
- 2 teaspoons tomato ketchup
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- salt and pepper
- dill

- Cut the cheese into strips. Peel the cucumber and cut into thin slices. Mix the cheese strips, shrimp and cucumber slices together in a bowl.
- For the marinade, mix the mayonnaise with the yogurt and tomato ketchup. Season with salt, pepper and lemon juice. Wash the dill, pat dry, chop and stir in.
- Mix the marinade with the ingredients in the bowl and let the salad stand for about 30 minutes.
