Ingredients

  • 4 piece (s) fish, hake or similar
  • 8 small potato (s)
  • 2 tomato (s)
  • 2 lemon (s), peeled
  • 2 onions)
  • 1 parsley
  • 2 bay leaves, halved
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • Oil (olive oil)
  • salt
  • pepper
  • some chilli depending on the heat

Instructions

  1. Boil the small potatoes in the skin until just under cooked, rinse, peel and cut in half. Cut the onion, tomatoes and lemons into slices. Rinse the fish, place it on a double piece of aluminum foil that has been greased with olive oil. Place a quarter of each of the tomato, lemon and onion slices on the fish. Put the small halved potatoes next to the fish, salt and pepper everything and season with freshly ground chili, bay leaf and garlic. Finally, seal the parsley and the foil tightly. Cook the fish in the oven at approx. 200 degrees for 35 minutes.
