Hake Ceviche

Ceviche is a raw fish dish common in Latin America. If you love to discover something new and are not afraid to experiment in the kitchen, then we recommend giving it a try.

Ingredients

  • Hake fillet 600 g
  • Lime 3 pcs.
  • Small onion 1 PC.
  • Red sweet pepper 1/2 pcs.
  • Fresh coriander middle beam
  • Salt pepper taste

Directions

  1. Cut the fish into small cubes (no more than 2 cm) and place them in a bowl. Drizzle with lime juice and stir gently.
  2. Add finely chopped onion and red pepper. The original recipe does not include salt and pepper, but you can add them at this point to your liking. Stir again and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Sprinkle with chopped coriander before serving. We recommend serving this dish with boiled potatoes and sweet corn.
