  • 450 g potato (s), possibly finished from the jar
  • 100 g Harz cheese
  • 30 g tomato (s), dried
  • 50 g diced ham, liht
  • 1 small onion (s)
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 20 g potato fiber or flour
  • possibly herbs

Instructions

  1. Peel and cook the potatoes or use potatoes from the jar. Set aside and let cool.
  2. Puree the Harz cheese with the egg using a hand blender. Add the potatoes and continue mashing. Mix with the potato fibers. Chop the onion and sun-dried tomatoes and fold in with the diced ham. Season with a few herbs if you like.
  3. Preheat the oven to approx. 200 ° C. Using two spoons of the mixture, put small taler shapes on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. If necessary, decorate the talers with chives and bake in the oven for 40-45 minutes until the surface is crispy and the inside is soft.
