  • 600 g potato (s)
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 2 tablespoon flour, type 405 (heaped)
  • 75 g almond (s), pens
  • salt
  • pepper
  • nutmeg
  • oil

Mashed Potatoes – Almond – Thaler

Instructions

  1. Wash the potatoes and boil them in plenty of water. When they are soft, drain them and peel and press them while they are still hot. Knead the potato mixture with the eggs, flour, salt, pepper and a pinch of nutmeg. If the dough is too sticky, add flour. Finally knead in the almond sticks. Heat oil in a pan. Roll the potato dough into balls, flatten and fry in hot oil until golden.
