  • Instant pearl barley – 2 tbsp
  • Bulgur – 2 tbsp
  • Instant oat flakes, such as Hercules – 2 tbsp
  • Raisins – 2 tbsp
  • Pinch of ground cinnamon
  • Walnuts (chopped) – 1 tbsp
  • Milk

Directions

How to make a healthy breakfast:

Combine pearl barley, bulgur, oatmeal, and 2/3 cup water in a microwave oven. Put in the microwave on high power, for 2 minutes. Then add raisins and cinnamon to the porridge, cook for another 2-3 minutes. In the end, add the nuts and serve the porridge with milk.
