- 200 ml milk 1.5%
- 30 g oatmeal
- 15 g muesli, (chocolate muesli)
- 1 apple
- 0.5 ½ banana (s)
- 100 g raspberries, frozen

- First cut the apple and the banana into small pieces or cubes and place in a cereal bowl. Meanwhile, let the frozen raspberries thaw in the microwave for a few minutes until they are slightly warmed up and have drawn some juice.
- Now add the oat flakes, the chocolate muesli and the milk to the fruit bowl. Then pour the raspberries over it, stir and let taste.
