Instructions

  1. Wash, core and cut the apple, remove the peel from the banana and cut. Then add the yoghurt and gradually everything else, the order doesn`t matter.
  2. Soak walnuts the night before, then they are easier to digest.
  3. With this breakfast you get many hours into the day.
