Ingredients
- 500 g pasta, preferably ribbon pasta
- 200 g cooked ham
- 1 onion (s)
- 4 egg (s)
- 100 g cheese, rated (mozzarella or Emmentaler), possibly more
- oil
- salt and pepper

- Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet and drain.
- In the meantime, cut the onion and ham into cubes and fry in oil in a high pan. Then add the pasta and eggs, let the whole thing set briefly and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Finally, sprinkle the cheese on top and let it melt briefly. If you want it hearty, you can sprinkle cheese over it again.
- A fresh, mixed salad goes well with it.
