- 250 g flour
- 0.5 bag ½ (s) baking powder
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 1 pack bacon, diced
- 1 onion (s), cut into rings
- Oil for frying

- Mix the eggs, milk, flour, baking powder and salt into a batter and let it rest for a few minutes.
- Then fold in the bacon and onion rings. Fry the pancakes in a little oil from this mixture. Green salad tastes good with it.
