  • 150 g mountain cheese
  • 100 g cooked ham
  • 150 g cocktail tomatoes
  • salt and pepper
  • olive oil
  • some Milk

Instructions

  1. Line a 26 tart tin with puff pastry. Cut off the excess puff pastry, but leave the edge as it is. Poke holes in the bottom with a fork.
  2. Cut the remaining puff pastry, cheese and ham into approx. 2.5 - 3 cm wide strips. Cut the tomatoes into 2 or 3 pieces, depending on their size.
  3. Now lay out the outer edge alternately with ham, puff pastry, cheese, puff pastry, tomatoes, puff pastry, etc. in rounds. Season with salt and pepper. Drizzle some olive oil over it and brush with a little milk.
  4. Bake in the oven preheated to 200 ° C for approx. 20-30 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Take out of the oven and serve.
