Ingredients

  • g 1,000 smoked pork pork, boneless
  • 2 leeks, large
  • 0.5 ½ celeriac
  • 5 carrot (s)
  • 1 large can (s) tomato (s), peeled
  • 1 large can (s) beans, white
  • 1 small Can (s) beans, red,
  • 1 small Can corn
  • 3 red pepper (s)
  • 1 bell pepper (s), green
  • 3 tablespoon meat stock, instant
  • 125 g oat flakes, instant
  • salt and pepper
  • 0.5 ½ bunch parsley
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 3 medium potato (s)

Instructions

  1. Wash the smoked pork and add 3/4 lt. Put on cold water, bring to the boil and simmer for about 1 hour.
  2. In the meantime, clean and wash the leek, celery, potatoes and carrots, cut into small pieces and add. Cook the vegetables for about 30 minutes.
  3. After about 1 1/2 hours of cooking, remove the whole meat and set it aside.
  4. Pour the beans and corn into a colander, rinse and add to the stew.
  5. Clean, wash and dice the peppers, drain the tomatoes, cut them into small pieces and add them with the peppers.
  6. Cut the smoked pork into bite-sized pieces.
  7. Pour instant oat flakes into a saucepan, add 3/4 lt. Fill up with cold water, stir well with the whisk. Add the meat, the flakes dissolved in the water and the instant stock to the stew. Season well with tomato paste and the other spices. Bring everything to the boil again, stirring carefully.
  8. Cut the parsley into small pieces and add to the stew just before serving.
