Ingredients

  • 5 tablespoon mustard, medium hot
  • 1 teaspoon aioli
  • 1 teaspoon oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic granules
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ cayenne pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ chili powder (Ancho chili powder)
  • 1 teaspoon paprika powder, hot
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. Mix the mustard, aioli, oyster sauce and mayonnaise with a whisk. Fold in the garlic granules. Gradually add the cayenne pepper, chilli powder and paprika powder and stir everything into a smooth mixture.
  2. Pour into an airtight container and let it steep in the refrigerator for 24 hours. Store cool
