Ingredients
For the dough:
- 4 cups flour
- 3 cups sugar
- 0.5 ½ cup orange juice
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 1 packet baking powder
- 4 egg (s)
- 1 cup oil
For the glaze:
- 0.5 ½ point powdered sugar
- Splash lemon juice
- 1 bar chocolate, (block chocolate)
- some jam your choice
- Drops food coloring, red

- Mix the flour, sugar, orange juice, vanilla sugar, baking powder, oil and eggs into a smooth batter. Spread on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes.
- Let the cake cool for about 20 minutes and then cut the Hello Kitty head out of it 2 times (I printed the head on a DIN A4 sheet and cut it out). Spread the jam on one cake and place the other on top.
- For the icing, mix the powdered sugar with the lemon juice to a sticky mass and distribute about ¾ of it on the cake. While the frosting dries you have to melt the block chocolate and spread it on the edge of the cake so that you don`t have any more open spots. Use a brush to paint the eyes, nose and bow. To paint the ribbon red, take the rest of the icing and mix in a few drops of red food coloring.
