Ingredients

  • 360 g salmon fillet (s) with skin
  • 2 piece (s) herb butter
  • salt and pepper
  • lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Wash the salmon fillet, pat dry, divide into 2 pieces, debone. Place the skin side down on a piece of aluminum foil. Drizzle with lemon juice, salt and pepper. Spread 1-2 pieces of herb butter on the salmon as you like. Close the aluminum foil (form small packages).
  2. Place in the oven preheated to 180 ° C for about 20 - 25 minutes.
  3. This goes well with rice, baguette, green salad.
  4. You can also put the parcel on the grill. We don`t eat the skin, we scrape the salmon off. But I buy salmon with the skin on because it doesn`t disintegrate.
