Ingredients

  • 500 g corn rits
  • 1 liter milk
  • 1 ¼ liters bouillon
  • 200 g herbs (chervil, thyme, parsley, chives)
  • 100 g parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Bring the bouillon and milk to the boil, then add the semolina and let everything boil for about 2 minutes. Then add the herbs (add the herbs only at the end so that the essential oils don`t evaporate!). Now put everything in a mold and let it cool down.
  2. Now you can turn the polenta out and cut it into shape. Then bake in the oven with the parmesan for about 10 minutes at 150 degrees.
