Instructions

  1. Quiche dough: Knead the quark with the egg, spices, oil, flour, baking powder and possibly enough water to make a smooth, easily malleable dough. Grease thinly in a quiche, casserole or springform pan (24 cm). Put the dough in it, forming a 2-3 cm high edge. Prick the bottom a few times with a fork. Put in a cool place.
  2. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
