  • 1 handful parsley or other fresh herbs
  • some salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 150 ° C. Chop the parsley in a blender or weigh it finely with a chopping knife. Separate the egg yolk from the egg white and season with salt and pepper, add the clove of garlic and the chopped parsley. Beat the egg yolk mixture until foamy and then add the low-fat quark and stir again thoroughly. Beat the egg white until stiff and then fold the egg whites into the egg yolk mixture, not with the mixer!
  2. Place 6 piles on a baking tray lined with baking paper and sprinkle with sesame or cheese to taste. For 1 burger you need 2 rolls, top and bottom. Bake in the oven until golden brown for about 20 minutes.
  3. After baking, remove from the baking paper immediately with a spatula and let it cool.
