Instructions

  1. Separate the eggs for the oopsies. Beat the egg whites with a little salt until stiff. Mix the egg yolks with the quark and fold in the egg white.
  2. Put about 12 dabs of the mixture on a baking sheet and bake at 150 degrees for 15-20 minutes until the oopsies are lightly brown. They rise very strongly at first, but collapse after baking.
  3. When the oopsies have cooled down, spread cream cheese, rub fresh horseradish over them and top with salmon. Finally, place cucumber slices seasoned with dill on top.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
