Ingredients

  • 1 cup sour cream, (sour cream)
  • 1 cup crème fraîche
  • 1 onion (s), diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, diced
  • 0.5 ½ bunch chives, cut into rolls
  • 200 g salmon, smoked, sliced, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoon capers, chopped
  • salt
  • Tabasco

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients well. Season to taste with salt and Tabasco. Let it steep for at least an hour.
  2. Also goes well with baked potatoes, baked potatoes and fried potatoes.
