Ingredients

  • 4 piece (s) beef, (roast beef)
  • 30 g butter
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon marjoram, dried or fresh
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 1 teaspoon basil
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon capers
  • liter ⅛ oil
  • salt and pepper
  • Flour
  • beef broth

Instructions

  1. Prepare the marinade:
  2. Mix all the spices with oil, pound the roast and cut into the edge, brush with stain and leave to steep in a bowl for 3-4 days.
  3. Then fry the meat briefly on both sides in a hot pan so that the meat stays nice and pink, after removing the roasting pieces, lather up the roast residue with butter, dust with flour, then pour a little beef soup on it, simmer a little - results in a nice gravy.
  4. Serve with parsley potatoes!
