Ingredients

  • 6 medium potato (s), raw, waxy, peeled
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 30 g butter
  • 2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, red
  • 1 tablespoon sugar, brown
  • 2 tablespoon mustard, coarse-grained, French
  • 1 teaspoon rosemary, fresh, very finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon thyme, fresh, very finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon oregano, fresh, very finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Cut each potato into 4 pieces.
  2. Heat olive oil and butter in a large saucepan, add potato pieces, fry for 15 minutes in a closed saucepan. Turn occasionally.
  3. Mix the balsamic vinegar, sugar, mustard and herbs well and add to the potatoes. Stir everything carefully, cook for another 2 minutes and then serve immediately.
  4. As an accompaniment to grilled meat.
