Ingredients
- 1 kg boiled potatoes
For the sauce:
- 2 egg yolks
- 2 tablespoon mustard
- 1 pinch (s) sugar
- 150 ml sour cream
- 2 tablespoon dill, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoon onion (s), finely chopped

- Peel, dice or quarter the potatoes and cook in salted water. Drain and keep warm.
- Mix the egg yolks with the mustard and sugar well. Add the sour cream, dill and onion and pour over the warm potatoes.
