Ingredients

  • 1 kg potato (s), (quartered, but unpeeled)
  • 75 g butter
  • 1 tablespoon mustard, coarse-grained
  • 3 teaspoons mustard, medium hot
  • 1 clove garlic, (crushed)
  • 1 bunch parsley, large
  • 1 dash olive oil
  • sea-salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Drain the cooked potatoes, put them back in the pot and let them steam out.
  2. Peel the potatoes, then mash them.
  3. Mix in the butter, mustards and garlic, season with salt and pepper and continue to mix. Season again with mustard, add parsley and a dash of olive oil and stir.
