Potatoes Baked in Mustard

Potatoes baked in the oven with mustard and garlic are especially bright and flavorful!

Ingredients

  • Potatoes – 1 kg
  • Mustard (ready-made seasoning) – 50-70 g
  • Garlic – 4-5 cloves
  • Salt – 0.5 teaspoon (to taste)
  • Vegetable oil – 2-3 tbsp
  • Greens (parsley, dill) for serving – to taste

Directions

  1. Peel the potatoes, wash, cut into slices. Dip the potatoes in boiling water and boil for 5-10 minutes (after boiling). Turn on the oven to heat up.
  2. Peel the garlic, crush it with garlic and mix with mustard.
  3. Pour vegetable oil into a baking dish. Put potatoes in a mold, add mustard and garlic. Stir the potatoes with mustard and butter right in the mold. Salt.
  4. Bake potatoes in the oven at 200-220 degrees for about 40-50 minutes.
  5. Wash and chop the greens.
  6. Put the prepared potatoes baked in the oven on a dish and sprinkle with herbs.
