Ingredients

  • 1 kg ground beef
  • 2 medium onion (s)
  • 3 clove (s) garlic, finely chopped
  • 250 g mushrooms, brown, fresh
  • Vegetable stock powder, e.g. Vegeta
  • Pepper, more colorful
  • Paprika powder
  • 1 liter gravy
  • 50 g butter for fryin

Instructions

  1. Season the minced meat with pepper, Vegeta, paprika powder and garlic and chill. You don`t need salt here, as Vegeta contains plenty of salt.
  2. Wash the fresh mushrooms and cut into small pieces. Chop the onions into small pieces.
  3. Melt the butter in the pan and steam the onions in it. Add the mushrooms and fry them too. Add the minced meat and sauté. Put on the gravy and deglaze everything with it. Let the hash cook until it has a nice consistency.
  4. I always make mashed potatoes and a fresh salad of your choice.
