Ingredients
- 175 g butter
- 125 g suar
- 4 egg (s)
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 pinch clove (s) and ginger acc.
- 225 g flour (whole wheat flour)
- 0.5 ½ pack baking powder
- 100 g hazelnuts, round
- 150 g chocolate, rated
- 300 g pumpkin pulp, rated
- some Milk
- Cake icing, chocolate

- Mix the butter, sugar, eggs, vanilla sugar and spices to form a foam mixture.
- Mix the flour with the baking powder and sieve over it. Fold in the nuts, chocolate and pumpkin.
- If the batter is too firm, add a little milk.
- Fill into a cake pan (loaf pan or a springform pan ).
- Bake in a preheated oven at 175 ° C for about 60 minutes.
- Cover with chocolate icing after cooling.
