Pumpkin Cake

How I love pumpkin! This vegetable amazes with the variety of dishes in which it can participate: hot dishes, salads, soups, preparations, desserts and pastries … Today we will analyze the recipe for the last point.

Servings: 6-8
Ingredients
- Flour – 300 Grams
- Milk – 150 Milliliters
- Yogurt – 75 Milliliters (Natural)
- Butter – 100 Grams
- Sugar – 150 Grams
- Vanilla extract – 2 Teaspoons
- Soda – 1 Teaspoon
- Baking powder – 1 teaspoon
- Pumpkin puree – 300 Grams
Directions
- Sift the flour with baking powder into a deep bowl.
- Then add sugar and stir.
- Then add milk, yogurt, vanilla and melted butter.
- Knead the batter.
- Then add the pumpkin puree and stir again.
- Pour the dough into a baking dish, grease it slightly with oil. Add sesame seeds as desired.
- Bake the sponge cake at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
- Coat the cooled biscuit with your favorite cream. Have a nice tea!
