Ingredients
- 3 liters elderberries
- 2 liters water
- 1 kg sugar
- clove some (s)
- 2 sticks cinnamon
- 500 ml schnapps (grain)

- Let the berries and water boil for 1 hour, cool and squeeze out.
- Stir in the sugar, add the spices and cook for another 45 minutes.
- Once cooled, stir in the schnapps, remove the spices beforehand, season to taste and fill into sterilized bottles.
- The liqueur tastes best after standing for a long time.
- Usually after a year, but it can be drunk at any time.
