Ingredients

  • 500 g elderberries
  • 0.25 liter ¼ water
  • 1 bag mulled wine spice (mulled fix)
  • 1 stick cinnamon
  • 1 apple
  • 5 plums (plums)
  • 0.5 ½ pack custard powder (vanilla)
  • some milk to stir
  • some cremefine to whip

Instructions

  1. Bring the elderberries to the boil with water, mulled fix and the cinnamon stick and simmer. In the meantime, peel the apple and chop or grate it. Also chop the plums (if you like, you can peel them). Add the apple and plums after 20 minutes. Let simmer for another 10 minutes. Remove the cinnamon stick and the glow fixture. Then mix the pudding powder with a little milk. Remove the elderberry roaster from the stove and mix in the mixed pudding powder. Very important: Now the elderberry roaster is no longer allowed to cook. Arrange this in 2 plates and sweeten as desired. Refine with a dash of Cremefine for whipping.
  2. Also tastes very good as an accompaniment to sweet dumplings.
