- 1 large banana (s)
- 1 large pear (s)
- 2 tablespoon raisins
- 2 tablespoon oat flakes with pumpkin or sunflower seeds
- 2 tablespoon honey (wild flower honey)
- 4 tablespoon natural yogurt (0.1% fat)

- First cut the banana into thin slices and add to the bowl. Add 2 tablespoons of yogurt and a tablespoon of raisins, oatmeal and honey.
- Then you cut the pear and put it in the bowl. This is followed by the remaining ingredients. Mix everything (not too much, otherwise the yogurt will be mushy).
