Ingredients
- 1 small apple
- 1 small onion (s)
- 125 g tomato paste
- 1 pinch cinnamon
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ curry powder
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt
- Honey or sugar to taste
- little water

- Cut the apple and onion into small pieces and cook in a little water (no more than half covered) until soft.
- Pour into a tall, narrow mixing vessel and puree with the other ingredients. Add honey or sugar to taste.
