  • 500 ml milk
  • 50 grams sugar
  • 3 tablespoon rice flour
  • 1 bag vanilla sugar
  • 250 g strawberries, cut into small pieces

Instructions

  1. Bring milk and rice flour to the boil, stirring constantly. Add sugar and vanilla sugar just before cooking. When the mixture is a little thickened, add the strawberries and simmer on low heat for about 2 minutes while stirring.
  2. Pour the pudding into bowls and chill.
