Ingredients
- 400 g chicken
- 1 bell pepper (s)
- 1 tablespoon, heaped honey
- 0.5 ½ onion (s), chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 5 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 tablespoon barbecue sauce
- some chili powder
- some sesame
- 3 spring onion (s)
- 0.5 ½ bunch coriander greens
- possibly water

- Wash the meat and cut it into small pieces. Put together with the chopped onion, chopped garlic, honey, soy sauce, sesame oil, olive oil, barbecue sauce and chilli in a bowl, mix together and let stand for half an hour.
- Sear the meat with the sauce in a pan over medium heat. In the meantime, cut the peppers into small strips and add them. If necessary, liquefy the sauce with a little water.
- As soon as the meat is cooked, arrange on plates and cut the spring onion and coriander into small pieces and pour over them. Sprinkle with some sesame seeds at the end.
- Rice goes well with it, we recommend basmati.
