- 400 ml milk
- 6 piece (s) chocolate, 50 to 75%, alternatively 2 - 3 tablespoon cocoa
- sugar, optional
- 4 tablespoon liqueur (strawberry baileys)
- some cream, whipped

- Put the milk in a saucepan and warm it up. Add chocolate or cocoa and whisk with a milk frother. Use sugar as needed. Stir in the Baileys and pour into cups or glasses. Pour the whipped cream onto the hot chocolate.
- The amounts of chocolate, cocoa or Baileys can be adjusted to suit the particular taste.
