Ingredients
- 250 ml water
- 125 g suar
- 1 bottle white, dry wine
- 175 ml rum 54%, white or brown
- 1 lemon (s), juice

- Heat water and sugar until sugar is dissolved. Add the remaining ingredients without the lemon and heat again. NOT COOK!!
- Hold a lit match by liquid and burn off alcohol. Add lemon juice and stir.
- Serve with a punch glass.
