- 50 elderflower umbels
- 2 lemon (s)
- 750 g suar
- 10 liters water
- 1 dash apple cider vinegar

- Slice the lemons and put all the ingredients in a large container. Mix in the sugar well. Cover and leave in a warm place or in the sun for 4 - 5 days.
- Stir occasionally. Then strain and fill into bottles. Put in a dark, cool place for a good 1 week.
- I like to give the elderberry punch in plastic bottles. So there are no unpleasant surprises with cracked bottles.
