Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • 2 medium onion (s)
  • 0.5 ½ bell pepper (s), green
  • 500 g minced beef
  • 400 g corn kernels
  • 800 g canned tomato (s)
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoon flour
  • 2 tablespoon water
  • sweet cream or canned milk

Instructions

  1. Chop the onions and put them in a saucepan with the butter until translucent. Add the chopped peppers and minced meat, roast until cooked through.
  2. Add corn and tomatoes with sugar and salt to the minced meat. Let everything stew on low heat for about 15 minutes.
  3. Then add the mixture of water and flour. Add some cream and simmer for about another 10 minutes.
