Ingredients

  • 1 head white cabbage
  • 2 onions)
  • some vegetable broth
  • salt and pepper
  • 250 g cream cheese
  • 250 g sour cream or sour cream
  • some butter or sunflower oil

Instructions

  1. Roughly cut the cabbage. Cut the onions into crescents. Steam the white cabbage with the onions and a little water until crisp. Warning: It burns easily. The water should be boiled over completely. Now season with curry, vegetable broth or salt, pepper, preferably cayenne pepper, to taste. Remove from heat and finally add cream cheese, sour cream and a little fat.
