  • 100 g chocolate
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 4 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 point pudding powder, vanilla flavor
  • 3 egg (s)
  • 200 g flour
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 1 point vanilla sugar
  • 150 grams sugar
  • rum

Instructions

  1. Mix the butter with the sugar and salt until frothy. Stir in the vanilla sugar and eggs. Mix the flour with the custard powder and baking powder and add with the milk. Coarsely grind the chocolate and nuts, peel and mash the bananas.
  2. Mix everything into a batter, add the spices and pour into a large, well-greased loaf pan.
  3. Baking: 70 - 80 minutes at 175 ° C.
