Ingredients

  • 1 packet pizza dough for tray (from the cooling shelf or made by yourself)
  • 250 mg hollandaise sauce
  • 200 g ham, cooked
  • 1 packet cheese, grated (e.g. Emmentaler)
  • 500 g asparaus
  • Herbs
  • Water or vegetable stock for blanching
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Peel the asparagus, cut into pieces approx. 1 cm long and briefly blanch in water or vegetable stock. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
  2. Grease a baking sheet and roll out the pizza dough on it, pulling it up a little at the edge. Then spread the hollandaise sauce on it, season with herbs, salt and pepper (be careful with the salt, ham, cheese and hollandaise sauce bring plenty of salt). Place the asparagus sections and the cooked ham cut into strips on top and sprinkle everything with the grated cheese.
  3. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes.
