Ingredients
- 150 ml oil
- 300 grams flour
- 1 packet baking powder
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 200 g suar
- 4 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 4 egg (s)
- 150 g chocolate sprinkles or chocolate flakes
- 1 glass cherry (s), drained
- Eggnog (alternatively milk)
- Grease for the mold or the sheet

- Put the eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar in a bowl and stir well. Then add flour with baking powder. Add oil, chocolate flakes and cocoa powder and soften the dough with eggnog (and / or milk). Finally add the cherries and stir evenly.
- Pour the whole thing into a suitable, greased form or pour it directly onto a greased tray and spread it on.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for approx. 60 minutes (tray needs approx. 15 to 10 minutes less). Make a chopstick test.
