Ingredients
- 250 g flour
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ baking soda
- 0.25 teaspoon ¼ salt
- 115 g butter
- 225 g suar, white
- 55 g suar, brown
- 1 medium egg (s)
- 1 medium egg yolk
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice, freshly squeezed
- 1 teaspoon flavor (lemon flavor)
- 2 teaspoons lemon peel, untreated, freshly grated
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- some milk, possibly

- Melt the butter and set aside to cool. Mix the flour, baking soda and salt.
