Sugar-free Lemon and Poppy Seed Biscuits

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 160 ° C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix the soft butter with rice syrup in a mixing bowl with a mixer. Add the flour and stir. Fold in the lemon peel and poppy seeds and mix well. Shape the dough into small balls with both hands and place on the baking sheet. Press flat with a fork. About 25 biscuits are obtained from the dough. Bake for about 15 minutes, let cool and enjoy.
