- 250 g poppy seed bakin
- 200 g almond (s), round
- 200 g flour
- 100 g stevia (stevia suar)
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 1 bottle rum flavor
- 4 apples
- 1 cup pickled cherry (s)
- 2 cups oat milk (oat drink) or almond milk
- 150 g mararine
- 1 packet baking powder

- Mix eggs with margarine, poppy seed, stevia sugar, vanilla sugar and rum flavor until frothy. Stir in ground almonds and oat or almond milk. Mix flour with baking powder and stir in.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the dough on it.
- Cut the apples into wedges, peel and core them and cut into a fan shape on the outside. Press these decoratively cut apple pieces into the dough with the fanned-out side facing up. Spread the drained cherries between the apple pieces and, if necessary, press a little into the batter with a fork.
- Bake at 175 ° C for 20 - 30 minutes (depending on how thinly the dough is spread).
