  • Kale cabbage – 1 bunch (330 g)
  • Olive oil – 1 tbsp
  • Salt – 0.25 teaspoon
  • Ground black pepper – 0.25 teaspoon.
  • Ground cayenne pepper – 0.125 teaspoon

Kale Chips Instructions

  1. Turn on the oven to preheat to 150 degrees. Cover two large baking sheets with parchment and set aside.
  2. Remove tough stems from cabbage leaves.
  3. Tear the soft leaves into small pieces with your hands. Wash the leaves and dry in a centrifuge dryer or with paper towels.
  4. Place the cabbage leaves in a large bowl, drizzle with oil, sprinkle with salt, black pepper and cayenne pepper. Mix.
  5. Put cabbage leaves on baking sheets in one layer, place in a preheated oven for 20 minutes. Then mix gently and cook for another 2-4 minutes, until
