Kale leaf chips are an unusual snack that can surprise guests.

- Turn on the oven to preheat to 150 degrees. Cover two large baking sheets with parchment and set aside.
- Remove tough stems from cabbage leaves.
- Tear the soft leaves into small pieces with your hands. Wash the leaves and dry in a centrifuge dryer or with paper towels.
- Place the cabbage leaves in a large bowl, drizzle with oil, sprinkle with salt, black pepper and cayenne pepper. Mix.
- Put cabbage leaves on baking sheets in one layer, place in a preheated oven for 20 minutes. Then mix gently and cook for another 2-4 minutes, until
